POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Marketing is responsible for the company’s marketing and communications strategies, as well as overall branding and image, skillfully blending targeted traditional marketing with digital, specifically expanding efforts in sales, brand development, display advertising, search marketing, social marketing, and email marketing. The best candidate for this position will have exceptional writing and communication skills and an ability to adapt to various project types and timelines.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Prepare annual marketing plans, create a calendar of campaigns and events, set the marketing budget and analyze the market and competitors.
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives and develop marketing communications campaigns
  • Direct all marketing and communications to ensure maximum outreach potential, brand identity and marketing consistency.
  • Manage marketing personnel, including training, coaching, and evaluating, to enhance organizational success; maximize Marketing team performance against pre-defined Key Indicators
  • Work cross-functionally, manage deadlines, budgets, metrics, and project parameters
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies and branding
  • Develop promotional materials that effectively communicate the value of product and services offered; drive overall digital/web marketing efforts, including social media.
  • Develop content for and oversee the ongoing needs of the website
  • Coordinate and deliver email messaging and campaigns

  • Strong understanding of web design and HTML web development

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Project Manager will work closely with our COO and be responsible for developing, managing, and supporting organizational projects. Key responsibilities include the design of project goals and success markers to determine how success will be tracked and measured to ensure that projects remain on time and on budget. The Project Manager will help motivate and support team members of all departments to accomplish project outcomes and organizational goals.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Complete scope documents and/or creative briefs for company projects
  • Hold kickoff meetings for projects, and engender buy-in from key stakeholders
  • Organize projects and accurately assess timelines for the completion of projects
  • Collaborate with department leads to assign projects and distribute workload to team resources
  • Regularly update project management software and ensure that timelines are being met
  • Route projects for review by key stakeholders including Marketing, Supply Chain, Distribution, Compliance, Events, Human Resources, Product Development, etc.
  • Provide creative solutions to problems that arise as a project is produced
  • Keep department leads and key stakeholders apprised of project status reports
  • Communicate effectively and work well with various personalities
  • Able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence in working with a team to achieve outcomes

OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Manager/Director is responsible for building a product vision, developing compelling products, defining the release process, and coordinating all of the activities required to bring the product to market. This involves bridging gaps between different functions within the company and aligning all of the teams involved, namely Marketing, Sales, and Customer Support, as well as external partners.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Assess market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development; prepare return-on-investment analyses
  • Recommend the nature and scope of current and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements
  • Introduce and market new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production
  • Develop ways to enhance existing products
  • Prepare short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses
  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data; review production and sales costs; anticipate volume; costing of special and customized orders
  • Interact frequently with domestic and international partners
  • Coordinate QA/ QC with manufacturing partners on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain in cost negotiation and scheduling with external vendors and manufacturing partners

The top priority of the Sales Manager is to increase product sales and hit new sales goals and targets with an outside distributor sales force.  You will build relationships with the field, identify needs to drive sales growth, coordinate corporate and field resources to build tools and processes to meet those needs, and support the field daily in achieving consistent sales growth.  The successful candidate will be building a dynamic team, setting quotas, evaluating and adjusting performance, and developing processes that drive sales. The best candidate for this position has exceptional communication skills, excellent people skills, keen understanding of Direct Sales commission structures, and the agility to adapt to various project types and timelines.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
